Back in 1999 at a Stamp Camp Phyllis and Donna provided everyone with one of these - which were a huge hit.  I prepared a tutorial which was on my old website but that has long gone.  I have had a request for the instructions so have put them into pdf format - which can be downloaded by clicking on the dolphin image below.
